The Club Company offers a Food & Beverage Assistant position at our premium golf and country club in the United Kingdom. You will help deliver memorable dining experiences for Club Members and guests, set up tables and event spaces, greet visitors, and serve food and drinks with care.

You will work across front-of-house areas, including bar and Barista duties, while upselling, handling payments, and supporting events.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer facing role is desirable.
• Food safety certification or HACCP certification desirable.
• Excellent presentation standards required.

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Food & Beverage ( F&B ) Assistant. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping the guest experience by delivering outstanding service and ensuring memorable dining experiences for both Club Members and guests. Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager/Supervisor, you will help uphold our reputation for exceptional service and quality. As a Food & Beverage ( F&B ) Assistant, you will be responsible for setting up tables and event spaces, greeting and serving guests, delivering food and drinks promptly, maintaining well-stocked bar areas, upselling offerings, clearing and cleaning tables, ensuring money handling procedures are followed, and flexibly assisting in various front-of-house areas, including full bar and Barista duties.
