Job summary

RACV Torquay is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Attendant to join our five-star resort team. You will deliver warm hospitality, seat guests, take orders, serve meals and beverages, and support a smooth dining experience across multiple venues.

We value personable, proactive team players with strong communication skills, a willingness to learn POS systems, and a current RSA or commitment to obtain one. This role requires availability across a 7-day roster, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality, food and beverage or customer service experience.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner.
• The ability to work well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Confidence using, or the ability to quickly learn, POS systems.
• An RSA certificate, or willingness to obtain one.

You will be flexible, showcasing your warm hospitality and customer service skills in a 5 star resort environment. Ensure high service standards, and contribute to a safe, welcoming and efficient dining experience across our diverse venues.
