Job summary

IKEA Southampton is seeking a Food & Beverage Assistant to be the secret ingredient in our dining experience. You’ll serve food, take payments, help keep the restaurant clean, and create memorable customer moments with a friendly, can-do attitude. The role starts 25 October 2026, with an hourly rate of £13.45 and 12–20 hours per week, including late evenings and 3 out of 4 weekends.

• You will work across all food areas serving food, taking payments, cleaning the restaurant and preparing food.
• You work to create memorable customer experiences, listening to customer feedback and taking actions.
• You follow safety protocols and regulations securing a safe environment for both our customers and co-workers.
• You assist other members of your team whenever you can contributing to a collaborative work environment.
