Job summary

Lynwood Care Centre & Retirement Village in Sunninghill Village near Ascot is seeking a Barista to join our Coffee Shop and Restaurant teams. You will prepare espresso drinks, serve guests, and provide friendly, attentive customer service.

Work hours include a rolling 2-week rota with day shifts (8:30am–4:30pm or 9am–5pm) and occasional evening events. The role emphasises upselling and delivering a high-quality guest experience.

Qualifications

What does the role involve?

Duties will include Barista work in our Coffee Shop, working on the Bar and in our Restaurant, operating till system, serving our customers and giving excellent customer service.
To assist the Food & Beverage Manager to deliver a great service of food and beverages within well-presented and stocked catering outlets making every guest feel special. To maximise revenue and profit in all food and beverage outlets through the use of upselling and suggestive selling techniques.
