Job summary

Lynwood Care Centre & Retirement Village in Sunninghill Village near Ascot is seeking a Barista to join our Coffee Shop and Restaurant teams. You will prepare espresso drinks, serve guests, and provide friendly, attentive customer service.

Work hours include a rolling 2-week rota with day shifts (8:30am–4:30pm or 9am–5pm) and occasional evening events. The role emphasises upselling and delivering a high-quality guest experience.

Qualifications

• Barista duties in Coffee Shop and Restaurant.
• Assist F&B Manager to deliver great service of food and beverages.
• Maximise revenue and profit through upselling and suggestive selling techniques.
