Job summary

Foxhills Collection in Ottershaw is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our Food and Beverage team as Assistants. You will greet guests, take orders, assist in service across restaurant, bar and banquets, and ensure smooth operations with a focus on guest satisfaction.

Previous experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Excellent customer service, calm under pressure, and strong teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a food and beverage role is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Excellent customer service with a friendly and outgoing personality.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay calm under pressure.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food safety and hygiene certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and service of food and beverages in our restaurant, bar and banquet facilities.
• Greet guests warmly, take orders and ensure prompt, accurate delivery of food and drinks.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in dining areas and reset tables for service.
• Provide menu recommendations and accommodate dietary requests.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
• Handle payments and maintain cash handling procedures.
