Our Food and Beverage Assistants have a complete working knowledge of the menus, menu ingredients and what is available for that day.

In the role of a Food and Beverage Assistant, you will provide consistent levels of excellent service, be courteous, professional, and have a passion for what we do. You will help to drive sales within the Food and Beverage department while being an ambassador for Champneys.

Some duties and responsibilities as a Food and Beverage Assistant include:

• Ensuring the Food and Beverage areas are well presented, inviting, and to the standard our guests expect.
• Having a complete knowledge of all food & beverage menus enabling you to provide accurate and enticing product descriptions including knowledge on dietary needs, calorific values, and basic nutrition to guests.
• Taking reservations and orders, and serving guests with drinks and meals in accordance with Company and hotel standards and procedures while taking every opportunity to upsell.
• Maintaining a clean working and dining area and keeping cellar areas in a clean, safe, and hygienic condition in accordance with Company standards and procedures.
• Rotating bar stocks and maintaining sales displays according to Company and hotel guidelines.
