Part of London + Regional Hotels, The Lensbury Resort is located on the Banks of the River Thames at Teddington and features an exclusive leisure club, a 155-bedroom hotel, meeting and events space, restaurant and bar, Spa, and 25 acres of gardens and grounds.

The Role

Reporting to and working closely with the Food and Beverage management team to understand all duties and communicate day-to-day changes.

1. Assist with opening and closing all food and beverage areas, ensuring they are ready for service, cleaned, and secured at the end of each shift.
2. Interact with customers, take orders, and provide excellent customer service.
3. Upsell and suggest additional food and beverage items to enhance the guest experience.
4. Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers.
5. Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately.
6. Adhere to all safety and health regulations.
7. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders.
8. Prepare garnishes, mix ingredients, and ensure proper glassware is used for each drink.
9. Stay updated on current food and drink trends and new menu items.
10. Carry out duties in all F&B areas, including Banqueting and Member's Lounge when required.
