Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Food & Beverage Assistant to create a warm, welcoming dining experience for residents, families and visitors.

You will work with our hospitality and kitchen teams to deliver meals, prepare dining areas, serve residents and support with kitchen duties, maintaining high standards of service and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, catering or customer service environment.
• Friendly, caring and professional approach.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Understanding of food hygiene and health & safety practices.
• Passion for delivering excellent customer service.
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment.

Working closely with our hospitality and kitchen teams, you'll support the day-to-day delivery of food and beverage services throughout the home. Whether you're preparing dining areas, serving residents or assisting with kitchen duties, your friendly approach and attention to detail will help us deliver the high standards we're known for.

About You

To join us as a Food & Beverage Assistant, you'll need:
