Job summary

Barchester Healthcare Homes Limited is looking for a Food & Beverage Assistant to deliver a warm, welcoming dining experience for residents, families and visitors in our care home. You will help serve meals and refreshments and keep dining areas clean, comfortable and inviting.

Working closely with our hospitality and kitchen teams, you’ll support day-to-day food and beverage service, help prepare dining spaces, serve residents and assist with kitchen duties, all while delivering excellent

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, catering or customer service
• Friendly, caring and professional approach
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Understanding of food hygiene and health and safety practices
• Passion for delivering excellent customer service
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Food & Beverage Assistant at Barchester Healthcare, you'll play an important role in creating a warm, welcoming and enjoyable dining experience for our residents, families and visitors. From serving meals and refreshments to ensuring dining areas are clean, comfortable and inviting, you'll help make every mealtime a positive experience.

Working closely with our hospitality and kitchen teams, you'll support the day-to-day delivery of food and beverage services throughout the home. Whether you're preparing dining areas, serving residents or assisting with kitchen duties, your friendly approach and attention to detail will help us deliver the high standards we're known for.

ABOUT YOU

To join us as a Food & Beverage Assistant, you'll need:
