Job summary

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Food & Beverage Assistant to help create warm, welcoming dining experiences for residents, families and visitors in our care home. You will serve meals, prepare dining areas and support kitchen tasks with a friendly, professional approach.

Working closely with hospitality and kitchen teams, you’ll help deliver high standards of food service, maintain hygiene, and contribute to a positive mealtime experience for everyone we serve.

Qualifications

• Experience in a hospitality, catering or customer service environment.
• Friendly, caring and professional approach.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Understanding of food hygiene and health and safety practices.
• Passion for delivering excellent customer service.
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve meals and refreshments to residents, families and visitors.
