Leonardo Hotels Southampton seeks a friendly and proactive Food & Beverage Assistant to join onsite at Leonardo Hotel Southampton. You will ensure exceptional guest care, handle guest concerns promptly, and work with colleagues across departments to elevate the guest experience.

Emphasis on safety, product familiarity, and adherence to company policies will guide daily tasks. You will participate in ongoing training programmes, gain insights into service excellence, and contribute to a welcoming
