Our Food and Beverage Assistants have a complete working knowledge of the menus, menu ingredients, and what is available for that day.

In this role, you will provide consistent levels of excellent service, be courteous, professional, and passionate about our offerings. You will help drive sales within the F&B department while representing Champneys as an ambassador.

Some duties and responsibilities include:

• Ensuring the F&B area is well presented, inviting, and up to the standard our guests expect
• Having a full and sound knowledge of dietary needs
• Ensuring all literature available for our guests and having sound knowledge of calorific values and basic nutrition to advise guests on their menu choices
• Having complete knowledge of all food & beverage menus to assist with guest queries
• Taking reservations, orders, and delivering ordered Food & Beverages
• Maintaining a clean working and dining area, including cellar areas, in a safe and hygienic condition to ensure quality of wet products
• Preparing restaurant & bar areas for service according to Company standards and procedures
• Serving guests with drinks and meals following Company and hotel standards, and upselling opportunities
• Rotating bar stocks and maintaining sales displays per Company and hotel guidelines
