About The Role

Our Food and Beverage department plays a key role in providing our passengers with a smooth and positive journey through our airport. Our F&B Assistants work across the premium lounges, bars, restaurants, and cafes in the terminal. Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Serving customers at their tables and at till points.
• Preparing hot and cold beverages.
• Preparing hot food items and delivering them to customers' tables.
• Managing stock rotation and replenishment.
• Maintaining cleanliness of equipment, floors, and tables.
• Supporting with stock deliveries.
• Collaborating with team members and other departments to deliver excellent service.
• Embodying the Airport's ‘One Team' culture and supporting business needs.
• Working flexible shifts during the airport's 24/7 operation, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and bank holidays.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate the following skills:

• Strong communication skills.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in customer service.
• Knowledge of Food Safety standards.
