FOOD & BEVERAGE ASSISTANT – Locke at Broken Wharf Millennium Bridge

We are looking for an enthusiastic and service-driven Food & Beverage Assistant to join our on-property hotel team. This role involves delivering high-quality service across our restaurants, bars, banqueting, and in-room dining outlets while ensuring every guest enjoys a warm and memorable experience. YOUR PROVEN TRACK

• A flexible approach, including weekends and public holidays
• A great attitude and willingness to learn – we’ll teach you the rest
• Food safety certification and cash handling/POS experience are a bonus
