Job summary

Away Resorts Ltd is looking for a friendly bar and restaurant team member at Piperdam Leisure Resort, Dundee. This full-time role is 37.5 hours per week, with evenings and weekends required, and pays £12.71 per hour. You’ll wait on tables, take orders, deliver meals, clear tables and serve drinks at the bar, ensuring guests have a great visit.

What we need in a nutshell

We’re looking for a hard-working and friendly team member for our bar and restaurant. You will be serving on the bar, delivering meals to our guests, clearing tables and making sure that guests enjoy their visit.Due to the nature of the role you will need to be 18+.

Our facilities include our Room with a View restaurant and Howie’s bar.

You’ll be welcoming guests into our restaurant or bar and ensuring they enjoy their visit. This includes:

• Waiting on tables – taking food and drink orders, bringing out food and clearing tables
• Responding to guests and ensuring they are happy
• Cleaning and resetting tables
• Serving drinks at the bar when required

One more thing…holidays happen at holiday times so you’ll need to work your magic on bank holidays and weekends too.

Skills, experience and qualities you’ll need
