Job summary

Daniel Thwaites is hiring a Food & Beverage Assistant to join a busy, friendly team. You will take orders and serve guests, while upholding high standards of hospitality and guest care.

Training and support enable career progression, with weekly wage access and regular tips to boost earnings. Benefits include 28 days leave rising to 33, discounted accommodation and dining, an Employee Assistance Programme, and pension and life assurance.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a bar, café or restaurant is ideal.
• Excellent customer service and a friendly, personable manner.
• Ability to deliver the company standards with warmth and hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Take food and drink orders and serve guests with a brilliant customer service ethic.
• Assist with menu suggestions and recommendations.
• Prepare tables for each guest visit and maintain high standards.
• Provide warm hospitality to encourage guests to return.
• Work with the team to deliver consistent service in a busy environment.
