Job summary

Delaware North UK is seeking a part-time Food and Beverage Supervisor to lead a team at Pride Park Stadium in Derby, Derbyshire. You will drive service excellence, ensuring first-class guest experiences and guiding staff to deliver outstanding hospitality.

The role requires no degree and 1+ years of supervisory experience in a hotel or high-end setting. You’ll work evenings and weekends, with training and development opportunities and a generous holiday allowance.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ supervisory experience, preferably in a hotel or high-end environment.
• Ability to work accurately, efficiently, and politely in a high-pressure environment.
• Skills in leadership, training, written and verbal communication, organisation, customer service, basic maths, and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team in daily duties, maintaining a safe and clean environment.
• Assist managers with highlighting areas of operational improvement, manage staffing levels in line with budget goals and business needs, and train, develop, and counsel team members.
• Ensure stock of all required products and supplies.
• Greet guests positively and manage their feedback appropriately.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety, food hygiene, fire regulations, licensing laws and trading standards.

The expected pay for this role is 15.31

More About You

• No degree required
• 1+ years’ supervisory experience, preferably in a hotel or high-end environment
• Ability to work accurately, efficiently, and courteously in a high-pressure environment
• Skills in leadership, training, written and verbal communication, organisation, customer service, basic maths, and basic computer skills

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for duration of shift
• Comfortable handling various alcohol and certain meat products
• Availability to work evenings and weekends
