As a Food and Beverage Apprentice with Hilton, you will work towards a Hospitality Team Member - Food and Beverage Supervisor Level 3 Apprenticeship standard over 21 months in partnership with our training provider.

What will I be doing?

You will undertake all reasonable duties assigned by your department head, including:

• Setting up for service
• Food and drink service
• Cash handling and payment processing

You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of guest service, complying with health and safety and food hygiene regulations, and completing all aspects of the apprenticeship. You will work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
