Job summary

Daniel Thwaites is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our busy hotel team. You will be the hands-on leader on shift, ensuring guests enjoy high standards of service and feel welcome throughout the day.

In this role you will manage a team, handle guest queries, and help host events, conferences and weddings while maintaining smooth day-to-day operations. Flexible hours are required as the business operates all day every day.

Qualifications

• Experience in a busy food operation is preferred.
• Supervisory experience is desirable.
• Must be hands-on and comfortable rolling up your sleeves.
• Flexible with working times due to open all day, every day.

Responsibilities

• Serve food and drinks and create memorable guest experiences.
• Be the first point of call for guest queries and needs.
• Supervise a shift to maintain high service standards.
• Support and motivate the team to deliver excellent hospitality.
• Host and coordinate events, conferences and weddings and liaise with guests as needed.

• Serving food and drink and providing memorable experiences for our guests
• Being the first point of call for any guest queries

• Supporting and motivating the team
• Host and run events, conference and weddings and be the point of customer liaison where necessary

Who we are looking for;

You will need to be proactive and ensure the smooth running of the day to day operation of the business Food and Beverage Supervisor is a hands on role, so you will need to be comfortable rolling up your sleeves and getting involved with service

We need someone with previous experience of workingwithin a busy food operation, supervisory experience is desirable
