Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Food & Beverage Supervisor or Team Leader role.
• Strong customer service focus.
• Excellent communication and leadership.
• Ability to stay calm and organised under pressure.
• Experience in a busy hospitality environment.
• Confident handling of financial transactions.
• Experience with Micros or similar POS systems.
• Flexible shifts including breakfasts, evenings, events and late finishes.

Responsibilities

• Serve food and beverage in the restaurant, bar, breakfast or evening team.
• Confidently communicate all offerings to guests.
• Accurately handling payments (cash, card, and room charges) per guidelines.
• Provide warm, welcoming service at all guest touchpoints.
• Manage day-to-day staffing needs, planning and assigning work, and setting performance goals.
• Ensure team delivers quality and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain stock, minimize waste, and ensure proper storage.
• Assist in food & beverage inventory procedures with min/max stock levels.

Salary of £27,060.80 40 hours fully flex

Responsibilities of an F&B Supervisor:

• The service of food and beverage products in the restaurant, either working within the bar, breakfast or evening restaurant team
• Being able to confidently communicate all our food and beverage offerings available to customers
• Accurately dealing with all payment transactions (cash, card and room charging) in the correct manner according to company guidelines
• Providing a warm and welcoming service at all touch points with the guests ensuring that any queries or requirements are dealt with accordingly
• Managing day-to-day staffing needs, planning and assigning work and contributing to setting performance and development goals for team members
• Ensuring the team deliver on quality and guest satisfaction goals. Helping guests with their requests and complaints - making sure you maintain a high level of guest satisfaction
• Making sure food and drinks are secure and stored safely - always keeping stocks replenished and minimising waste
• Supporting in the management of food and beverage inventory procedures, ensuring minimum and maximum stocks for all food, beverage, material, and equipment are maintained consistently

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in a Food & Beverage Supervisor or Team Leader role
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• The ability to remain calm and organised under pressure
• Experience working within a busy hospitality environment
• Confidence handling financial transactions and payment systems
• Experience of Micros or similar POS systems (advantageous)
• Flexibility to work varied shifts including breakfasts, evenings, events and occasional late finishes
