Job summary

David-Lloyd Clubs in Kettering is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to lead a team across indoor and outdoor dining operations, delivering high quality meals and exceptional service to our members.

You will coordinate events such as summer BBQs and quiz nights, drive guest satisfaction, staff development and training, and help foster an inclusive culture where colleagues can thrive, while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a large operational service delivery facility.
