Job summary

David Lloyd Leisure in Gloucester is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to lead a diverse team at The Club Room, delivering quality, healthy meals and exceptional service to members.

You will oversee a team across indoor and outdoor operations, manage events such as summer BBQs and quiz nights, and foster a welcoming, inclusive culture where staff can thrive and develop within our premium health and wellness group.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in hospitality or leisure settings.
• Excellent customer service and guest relations.
• Ability to plan and execute events and programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team within the Club Room both indoors and outdoors.
• Manage events such as summer BBQs, quiz nights and other activities.
