You will work closely with the General and Assistant Manager to host our guests through an enjoyable hospitality experience by overseeing the Front of House team at The Life Boat Inn.

Job requirements:

• Be enthusiastic and enjoy working with high-quality, locally sourced ingredients, taking pride in delivering a great guest experience.
• Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the front of house team, leading by example.
• Be a team player interested in expanding knowledge and contributing to a welcoming pub atmosphere and positive company ethos at Chestnut.
• Have a good understanding of wet/dry stock.
• Handle cash and financial transactions accurately.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth food services.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for guests and staff.
• Report to the Assistant/General Manager regarding team or property concerns.
