Job summary

LGH Hotels Management is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to support the hotel’s service standards and lead the team during peak periods. You will help shape the guest experience and ensure the restaurant and bar are presented to the highest standard at all times.

You will work closely with the F&B Manager to drive good service, team development, and revenue through memorable guest experiences across the hotel’s dining outlets.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a food and beverage supervisory or senior team member role.
• Ability to lead by example and support others during service.
• Pride in high standards of presentation, service, and attention to detail.
• Clear and positive communication in busy environments.
• Motivation to create great guest experiences and develop leadership skills.

We are offering a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and people‑focused Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team and play a key role in supporting the success of our hotel. This is a hands‑on, visible role where you will help shape the guest experience and support the team to perform at their best.

As part of the Food & Beverage department, you will help ensure that our restaurant and bar are fully prepared for service and presented to the highest standard at all times. You will act as an ambassador for our hotel, creating a welcoming environment where guests feel comfortable, valued, and well looked after.

How You’ll Make a Difference

Working closely with the Food & Beverage Manager, you will support the smooth day‑to‑day running of the operation and help lead the team during service. You will set clear expectations, lead by example, and step in confidently to support or deputise when required.

With a strong focus on exceptional food and beverage experiences, you will help drive revenue through great service, attention to detail, and positive energy on the floor. Above all, you’ll help create memorable, personalised experiences that encourage guests to return.
