Honeycomb Houses is seeking a Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at The Bull in Henley-on-Thames. You will maintain high standards of presentation and consistency, bringing skill and creativity to every service while thriving in a fast-paced environment.

We’re looking for a talented Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at one of our characterful houses. Our kitchens are known for delivering exceptional food, celebrating quality ingredients and creating memorable dining experiences that keep guests coming back.

As Chef de Partie, you'll play an important role in maintaining the high standards our guests have come to expect, bringing skill, creativity and attention to detail to every service. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, take pride in presentation and consistency, and enjoy working as part of a passionate team that shares a genuine love of hospitality.

The Bull

The Bull is a characterful pub with rooms at the heart of Henley-on-Thames, combining stylish interiors, vibrant dining spaces and warm hospitality. Home to 12 beautifully designed bedrooms, it's a favourite with both locals and visitors, offering the perfect setting for relaxed drinks, memorable meals, special occasions and overnight escapes.

From the welcoming restaurant to the spacious covered courtyard, every space has been thoughtfully designed to create an atmosphere that feels both distinctive and inviting. Whether joining us for a leisurely lunch, a celebratory dinner or a stay in one of our boutique bedrooms, The Bull offers a true home-from-home in the centre of Henley.

We pay up to £14.00 an hour, plus tronc which is on average an extra £1.50 an hour. Tips are then additional to tronc.
