Chelsea Harbour Hotel is looking for a Food and Beverage Manager to lead the Front of House team.

With a passion for service and a strong understanding of how to motivate a diverse team to deliver excellent guest experiences, you should have a solid background in hotel F&B operations and become an integral part of our senior management team.

The Food and Beverage Manager is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and overseeing the overall operation of food & beverage departments.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and communicate effectively with strong networking skills.
  • Experience working closely with the Executive Head Chef on menu development to ensure food quality and consistency.
  • The ability to evaluate guest needs, guest mix, and competitive set to recommend operational changes.
  • Visibility during F&B outlet operating hours and engagement with guests.
  • A hands-on leadership style and the ability to lead by example.
  • Experience with departmental budgeting and forecasting, with a clear understanding of financial expectations in a restaurant and bar business.
  • A passion for creating positive impacts and memorable experiences for guests and staff alike.
