As the Food & Beverage Manager at one of our London venues, you’ll bring a fresh perspective and a whole lot of personality to the table. You'll be the maestro of the entire food and beverage department, ensuring every dish and drink meets our high standards. Your skills in managing stocks, ordering, and analysing stocktaking results will help drive our mission to become the UK’s most loved Casinos.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a General Manager, Assistant Manager, or F&B Manager in a reputable branded or independent food and beverage organisation.
• Strong knowledge of the food and beverage industry.
• Minimum level 3 food safety.
• A real passion for delivering the highest standards and creating memorable experiences for our guests.
