Job description

The Food and Beverage Coordinator will work on their own initiative, responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of food and beverage services at Deluxe’s Buzz Bar (located on-site at our corporate offices).

Role and Responsibilities

1. Operational Coordination:
   • Assist in planning and executing food and beverage services for events, meetings, and daily operations.
   • Coordinate with external vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages.
   • Monitor inventory levels and manage ordering and stocking of food, beverages, and related supplies.
2. Quality Control:
   • Maintain high standards of food presentation, quality, and taste.
   • Conduct regular checks to ensure that food and beverage products meet quality and safety standards.
   • Handle customer inquiries efficiently, ensuring prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.
3. Administrative Duties:
   • Maintain accurate records of food and beverage inventory, orders, and deliveries.
   • Prepare reports on food and beverage operations, including sales, customer feedback, and inventory levels.

Key Requirements

The ideal candidate will have experience as a barista, including food and beverage coordination, as well as:

• Strong knowledge of food hygiene practices, COSHH, health and safety regulations, and relevant certifications (e.g., Food Safety Certification).
• Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and clientele.
