Join The Celtic Collection’s The Olive Tree Restaurant at the iconic Celtic Manor Resort as a Food & Beverage Hospitality Hero. You will deliver warm, attentive service across family celebrations and prestigious events, while expanding knowledge of our food and beverage offerings to confidently assist guests.

We're looking for a guest-focused, positive individual with excellent communication and teamwork skills who remains calm under pressure and presents themselves professionally.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a food and beverage, hospitality or customer service role.
• A passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
• A positive, enthusiastic and friendly approach.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• The ability to remain calm and professional in a busy environment.
• High personal presentation standards.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends.
• A genuine interest in hospitality and a desire to learn and develop.
