About The Role

Our Food and Beverage department plays a vital role in providing passengers with a smooth and positive journey through our airport. Our F&B Assistant Managers are responsible for the daily operations of the premium lounges, cafés, bars, and restaurants across the terminal. Here’s what your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

1. Overseeing and managing the F&B team, including training, appraisals, and colleague development.
2. Managing the rostering of the F&B team.
3. Handling F&B Profit and Loss.
4. Controlling stock across services.
5. Embodying the Airport’s ‘One Team’ culture and supporting business needs as required.
6. Working flexible shifts, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and bank holidays, as the airport operates 24/7.

Skills, Knowledge, And Expertise

We’re looking for candidates who can answer yes to the following requirements:

• Supervisory experience in a hospitality setting.
• Level 2 in Food Hygiene and Health & Safety.
• Understanding of both Front of House (Restaurant, Bar, Café) and Back of House (Kitchen) operations.
• Experience working with KPIs and within budgets.
