Job summary

Valor Hospitality is seeking a friendly Food and Beverage Assistant to join our guest-focused team. You’ll deliver warm service, assist with food and beverage service, and help maintain a spotless, welcoming dining area.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential. You should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks, and be flexible to cover evenings, weekends and holiday shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and serving of food and beverages to guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of dining areas in line with health and safety standards.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve guest inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Support the Food and Beverage team with service, setup, restocking, and inventory.
• Assist in coordinating events and special functions.
• Ensure areas are well-stocked and presented impeccably at all times.
• Flexible to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
