Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality is seeking a Food and Beverage Assistant to ensure guests enjoy a first-class dining experience. You will greet guests, take orders, serve food and drinks, and handle payments, while keeping the dining area clean and well stocked.

You will support colleagues across the hotel, guided by Aimbridge's four pillars of People, Product, Guest and Performance. Experience in F&B is welcome but not essential; a passion for exceptional guest service and brand standards is key.

• Experience in food and beverage not essential but passion for guest experience.
• Strong communication with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Able to work well in a team and support colleagues across the hotel.

Job description

As Food and Beverage Assistant you'll be responsible for ensuring that guests have a positive, first class dining experience. You'll greet guests, take orders, serve food and drinks, and handle payments. You'll be responsible for maintaining a clean and organised dining area, restocking supplies, and assisting with food preparation as needed whilst working agilely to support the rest of the wider business. Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail are essential for this role and you'll always work with Aimbridge's four pillars of Food and Beverage in mind: People, Product, Guest, Performance.

• Food and Beverage experience isn't essential for this role, but to be successful, you will be passionate about providing an exceptional guest experience and living through our brand standards
• You'll have strong communication skills and the ability to engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner
• An ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other staff members to provide excellent service to guest, being agile in your ability to support colleagues across the hotel
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organised dining area
