Valor Hospitality in Hemel Hempstead is seeking an enthusiastic Food and Beverage Assistant for occasional/part-time duties at the Holiday Inn Hemel Hempstead. You will deliver friendly service, assist with food and beverage service, and contribute to a memorable guest experience on shift-based hours.

The role suits a flexible individual with strong communication skills, able to work evenings, weekends and holidays. Training is provided, and employment is subject to eligibility in the UK.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and serving of food and beverages to guests in an efficient and pleasant manner.

• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving complaints promptly and professionally.
• Support the Food and Beverage team in all operational duties, including setting up and clearing tables, restocking supplies, and assisting with inventory management.
• Assist in the coordination and execution of events and special functions.
• Ensure all areas are well-stocked and presented impeccably at all times.
