Job summary

University of Edinburgh is seeking a dedicated hospitality professional to join our Food & Beverage team across The Scott, The Scholar and KM Hotels & Apartments. This permanent, full-time role offers a competitive salary, 12.5% service charge, and an engaging environment within a 24/7 operation that values inclusion and teamwork.

Grade UE02: £24,547 per annum including a 15% premium band

CSG / Accommodation, Catering and Events / The Scott, The Scholar and KM Hotels & Apartments

Full-time: 35 hours per week, 5 over 7 days including weekends
