Holiday Inn Aylesbury is seeking a dedicated Food and Beverage Assistant to join our team. You will support service delivery, help prepare and serve food and drinks, and maintain dining room standards to ensure a memorable guest experience.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and serving of food and beverages to guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of dining areas, ensuring health and safety standards.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving complaints promptly and professionally.
• Support the Food and Beverage team in operational duties, including setting up and clearing tables, restocking supplies, and assisting with inventory management.
• Assist in coordination and execution of events and special functions.
• Ensure all areas are well-stocked and presented impeccably at all times.
