Job summary

We are currently recruiting for an additional Line Leader to join our Foiling team based at Penny Emma Way, Sutton in Ashfield. The Line Leader will oversee setup, operation and maintenance of foiling machines, perform changeovers, troubleshoot issues

Qualifications

Experience in machine setup and quality control.
Ability to read product specifications.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Good written, numeracy and verbal communication skills.
Strong understanding of safety practices.

Responsibilities

Conduct daily pre-start up checks to ensure machines are safe to run.
Adhere to health, safety and environmental standards.
Follow risk assessments, SOPs and safe working practices.
Maintain high housekeeping and health & safety standards.
Coach and upskill foiling operatives on the production line.
Monitor the foiling process and adjust machine settings for optimal performance.
Identify and resolve problems within the foiling process and equipment.
Inspect foiled products to ensure quality and specifications met.
