Job summary

Eurocell is seeking an experienced Production Line Leader to oversee the setup, operation and maintenance of foiling machines at our Sutton site. You will manage start-up/shutdown procedures, monitor production, perform changeovers and drive safety and quality standards to meet targets.

The role requires hands-on leadership, attention to detail and the ability to coach operatives on a busy line. We offer a competitive salary, generous holiday, healthcare, life assurance and pension benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous experience to carry out machine set up, troubleshooting and quality control.
• Competent in reading product specification.
• Experience in product inspection, checking and planning ahead.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate and maintain foiling machines and manage start-up/shutdown procedures.
• Monitor production processes and carry out product changeovers.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and perform preventative maintenance.
• Ensure products meet quality standards and safety requirements.
• Coach and upskill Foiling Operatives on the production line.
