Harper Adams University in Edgmond is seeking a Freedom of Information and Data Governance Paralegal for a 12-month maternity cover. You will work with the Head of Legal and University Secretary's Office to ensure compliance with UK GDPR, FOIA, and Environment Information Regulations 2004.

You will coordinate FOI responses, advise staff on data compliance, conduct assessments and audits, manage DSARs, perform data impact assessments, and help implement data security measures and data sharing

Responsabilités

• Manage and coordinate responses to Freedom of Information requests with relevant University departments.
• Provide advice on data compliance to staff.
• Conduct assessments and audits to ensure data compliance.
• Manage Data Subject Access Requests.
• Assist with data protection issues and data sharing agreements.
