Job summary

Holroyd Howe is recruiting a Front of House Assistant for New Hall School in Boreham. You will support day-to-day food service, ensuring meals are delivered with care and efficiency across departments.

The role requires reliability, teamwork, and a proactive attitude, with training provided in allergen management and safety procedures. 37.5 hours weekly with shifts Wed–Sat 11:30–19:30 and Sun 12:00–20:00.

About the role:

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable FOH Assistant to support the day-to-day food and service delivery across the school. This role is essential in ensuring pupils, staff, and visitors receive high-quality, nutritious meals served with care, efficiency, and attention to detail.

We're looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic FOH Assistant to join our dynamic team in New Hall School, United Kingdom. In this role, you'll be the backbone of our operations, providing essential support across multiple departments and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning. As a FOH Assistant, you'll work collaboratively with colleagues at all levels, bringing a can-do attitude and a commitment to excellence to everything you do.

  • Maintain organized and clean work areas, ensuring all supplies and materials are properly stored and inventoried
  • Monitor inventory levels and notify management of any shortages or discrepancies
  • Deliver friendly and efficient customer service to internal and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries and concerns with professionalism
  • Follow proper health, safety, and organizational procedures to maintain a secure and compliant workplace
  • Participate in training sessions and meetings related to organisational procedures, safety protocols, and customer service standards
  • Collaborate with team members to support departmental goals and contribute to a positive, inclusive work environment
Qualifications
