Join a leading contract caterer dedicated to providing fresh, age-appropriate meals in independent schools. The role offers full-time hours, 37.5 hours per week, Tuesday to Saturday, with meals provided and opportunities for training and progression.

Job Description

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic FOH Assistant to join our dynamic team in New Hall School, United Kingdom. In this role, you’ll be the backbone of our operations, providing essential support across multiple departments and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning. As a FOH Assistant, you’ll work collaboratively with colleagues at all levels, bringing a can-do attitude and a commitment to excellence to everything you do.

  • Maintain organized and clean work areas, ensuring all supplies and materials are properly stored and inventoried
  • Monitor inventory levels and notify management of any shortages or discrepancies
  • Deliver friendly and efficient customer service to internal and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries and concerns with professionalism
  • Follow proper health, safety, and organizational procedures to maintain a secure and compliant workplace
  • Participate in training sessions and meetings related to organisational procedures, safety protocols, and customer service standards
  • Collaborate with team members to support departmental goals and contribute to a positive, inclusive work environment
Qualifications
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks effectively
  • Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
