• Greet and Seat: Welcome guests with a warm smile, manage reservations, and ensure every guest is comfortably seated and ready to enjoy their meal.
• Deliver Exceptional Service: Take orders, make recommendations, and ensure that every dish is served with a touch of Italian hospitality.
• Create Memorable Experiences: Engage with guests to make their visit special, whether they’re regulars or first-time visitors.
• Work as a Team: Collaborate with kitchen staff and fellow team members to ensure smooth service and a great guest experience.
• Handle Payments: Process payments efficiently and accurately, ensuring a seamless end to every guest's meal.
