Your New Role with Avicenna

You will ensure customer needs are met efficiently to enhance the pharmacy’s success by providing excellent customer service. Key responsibilities include:

1. Dispensing items into compliance aids or monitored dosage systems, when appropriate.
2. Checking receipt of prescriptions at the medicines counter and verifying stock availability.
3. Providing excellent customer service to meet/exceed customer needs.
4. Supporting other pharmacy services and identifying opportunities for the Pharmacist Manager, Pharmacist, Relief Pharmacist, or Locum.
5. Clinically checking prescriptions to avoid drug interactions and alerting the RP if identified.
