The House of KOKO in Hampstead is seeking an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the seamless operation of our luxury dining spaces within an immersive members' club environment. You will lead the front‑of‑house team, ensuring service excellence, guest engagement, and commercially sound operations.

Working closely with Senior Management, you will manage reservations, supervise service, control costs, and contribute to revenue growth while maintaining high standards of cleanliness

Formación

• 2+ years’ experience leading teams in a high‑end restaurant, members' club or luxury hospitality setting.
• Commercially savvy with a focus on cost control and profitability.
• Passionate about hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Strong knowledge of food & beverage operations, including wines and cocktails.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Senior Manager in daily restaurant operations to the highest standards.
• Lead, train, and develop the front-of-house team with a culture of excellence and accountability.
• Maintain a strong floor presence during service and engage guests to ensure an immersive dining experience.
• Oversee service standards and team performance for consistency in guest interactions and presentation.
• Plan and run service briefings; align the team with daily operations, specials, and events.
• Manage reservations and seating to optimise guest flow and maximise revenue.
• Ensure operational readiness before service; oversee setup, staff allocations and ambience.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams for seamless interdepartmental communication and smooth service.
• Monitor stock levels with bar/kitchen and optimise costs and wastage.
• Identify opportunities to enhance guest experience and drive revenue through activations and experiences.
• Assist in budgeting and financial targets, monitoring wages, wastage and operating expenses.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations and uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
• Handle guest feedback professionally, ensuring quick resolutions and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with marketing, membership, and events teams to support activations and exclusive events.
