The role is hands-on and physically demanding, involving moving and handling foam rolls and blocks, supporting production, and ensuring a clean, safe workspace. Training will be provided, and reliability is valued for long-term opportunities.

Qualifications

• Be physically fit and able to carry out manual work.
• Comfortable standing and moving for the duration of the shift.
• Good work ethic and reliable attendance.
• Ability to work as part of a team and learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Move and handle rolls and large blocks of foam.
• Handle smaller pieces of cut foam and other materials.
• Support the production process and meet daily targets.
• Keep the work area clean, tidy and organised.
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
