Job summary

Dunlop Foams in Australia and New Zealand is seeking a hands-on operator for foam cutting, laminating, fabrication and packing. Training will be provided and machinery operation assessed for competency.

You will handle foam products, operate forklift equipment, follow safety and quality standards, and work with a supportive team to meet customer specifications. This role offers full-time employment with onsite parking and development opportunities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate foam cutting, laminating, fabrication and packing equipment.
• Operate a forklift to load, unload and move materials and finished products.
• Handle foam products of various shapes and sizes.
• Identify foam grades and ensure the correct materials are used.
• Fabricate and pack foam products to customer specifications.
• Complete work orders, labels and barcode scanning.
• Follow SOPs, safety and quality requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area.
• Report hazards, equipment issues and quality concerns.
• Work collaboratively with the team and rotate between tasks.

About The Role

This is a hands‑on role involving foam cutting, fabrication, laminating, packing and forklift operation. We will provide full training, with machinery operation subject to training and competency assessment.

You Will Be Responsible For

• Operating foam cutting, laminating, fabrication and packing equipment
• Operating a forklift to load, unload and move materials and finished products
• Handling foam products of various shapes and sizes
• Identifying foam grades and ensuring the correct materials are used
• Fabricating and packing foam products to customer specifications
• Completing work orders, labels and barcode scanning
• Following SOPs, safety and quality requirements
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area
• Reporting hazards, equipment issues and quality concerns
• Working collaboratively with the team and rotating between tasks

What’s On Offer

• $28.27 per hour base rate + applicable penalties, overtime and allowances
• Monday–Thursday - 7:00am–4:00pm - Friday: 7:00am–12:20pm
