Job summary

Warburtons Bellshill Bakery is seeking a Distribution Coordinator for weekend coverage. Based in Bellshill, you’ll support the Distribution team with administrative tasks, vehicle/driver records, and rota management. Training will be provided, no prior distribution background required.

You will contribute to timely deliveries across Scotland and support Transport Shift Managers with accurate, timely admin to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• Excellent administrative and PC skills.
• Attention to detail and strong organisational abilities.
• Ability to build relationships quickly with teams, contractors and service providers.
• Able to work on own initiative.
• Knowledge of Goods vehicle operator licensing requirements (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Assist Distribution office in day-to-day operations.
• Maintain vehicle maintenance schedules.
• Process vehicle defects.
• Upload driver and vehicle records.
• Maintain driver rotas.
• Order fuel and vehicle lubricants.
• Order office and uniform supplies.
• Answer telephone queries.
• Perform general administrative duties as required.
