Job summary

Loom Talent is recruiting a Supply Chain Manager - FMCG to lead end-to-end supply chain activities from West Byfleet. The role balances demand with stock and working capital while ensuring efficient movement from international suppliers to customers.

You will oversee inventory planning, supplier management, and logistics, driving improvements in OTIF, service levels and cost, in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years' experience across supply chain, planning, imports and/or S&OP.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills.
• Experience using ERP systems; NetSuite experience would be advantageous.
• Experience across inventory, purchasing and international logistics.
• Experience delivering to major retailers.

Responsibilities

• Demand, supply and inventory planning across multiple product ranges and channels.
• Managing stock availability, stock turns, excess inventory and supply risks.
• Supplier management, purchasing and expediting.
• International logistics, freight, imports, customs and landed costs.
• Managing third-party warehouses and logistics partners.
• Driving OTIF and customer fulfilment performance for B2B and B2C.
• Lead and develop a small supply chain team.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Operations and senior leadership.
