Phillips Medisize, a Molex company, seeks a Senior Manager of Strategic Marketing for Regulated Consumer Products (RCP). You will shape five-year plans, translate insights into campaigns, and enable sales through strategic tools across global regions.

You will lead cross-functional marketing initiatives, develop buyer personas, and manage integrated campaigns that support growth in highly regulated FMCG markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field with 10+ years in B2B strategic marketing.
• Experience translating market insights into strategic and commercial initiatives.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across global regions.
• Track record in developing multi-year strategic plans for FMCG / regulated industries.
• Ability to drive go-to-market programs for enterprise B2B customers.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage the five-year strategic plan for Regulated Consumer Products (RCP) with BU leaders.
• Develop and execute strategic programs, account messaging and sales enablement tools.
• Synthesize market dynamics and customer needs into actionable insights.
• Support account planning and translate market needs into initiatives.
• Develop value propositions and buyer personas for FMCG markets served.
• Create and manage integrated marketing campaigns and communications plans.
• Lead downstream marketing alignment with brand priorities.
• Collaborate with IMC Director to align marketing tools with strategy.
• Contribute to M&A assessments in future, with BU leadership and Molex team.
