Job summary

Weetabix in the United Kingdom seeks an experienced production supervisor to oversee the secure production workflow from receipt to finished product. You will influence teams to meet safety, quality, productivity, cost, and delivery KPIs while maintaining staff morale.

The role requires strong coaching, recent FMCG/manufacturing leadership experience, and knowledge of improvement methodologies. IOSH Safety certification is preferred, with a comprehensive benefits package and a 24/7 shift pattern.

Qualifications

Must demonstrate successful facilitation and coaching.
Proven experience leading teams in FMCG/manufacturing.
Familiar with business improvement methodologies and tools.
IOSH Managing Safely certification or willingness to pursue it.
Aligned with Weetabix values and continuous learning.

Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with legal, food safety, health and safety, environmental and people policies.
Oversee KPI targets and results for the factory.
Direct coaching and development to meet team objectives.
Oversee training and development to retain required experience.
Allocate resources to meet budget and production goals.
Report shift results and ensure production plan delivery.
Lead improvement projects and cross-functional collaboration.
Drive performance development through coaching and accountability.
